Process

Each garment begins with a structural pattern system.
From that system, individual patterns are generated for each client order.

PRODUCTION

The process is structured to maintain pattern integrity while adapting to individual bodies.

01 — Pattern Architecture

We construct the garment pattern so that it can be systematically adapted to different body measurements while preserving silhouette and balance.
This pattern architecture becomes the foundation for made-to-measure production.

02 — Client Measurement

The brand or the client performs a body scan using a mobile scanning application.
This produces a full set of body measurements.

03 — Measurement Interpretation

From the scan data we extract the measurements required for the garment structure.
Not every measurement is relevant to every design.
We select and interpret the ones that affect the pattern.

Not every measurement is relevant to every design.
04 — Individual Pattern Generation

Using the measurement data, we generate the pattern for that specific client and verify its structural balance.
This step ensures the garment proportions remain correct despite individual variation.

05 — Fit Verification (Optional)

Before final delivery the pattern can be verified if required.
Fit can be evaluated digitally on a client avatar or through a physical fitting with a (simplified) fitting pattern provided to the brand.
Adjustments are made where necessary.

06 — Production-Ready Pattern Delivery

The final pattern is delivered as production files:

DXF
PDF

07 — Garment Production

The brand produces the garment using the generated pattern.
The designer retains full ownership of design and production.

TrueFit Patterns provides the technical layer that supports it.

The process does not change per client.
Only the input does.
